Get out of your comfort zones

It has been a while,i last spoke to you fox, sorry but i ama bit busy these days, after i landed a new career opportunty as a Zimbabwe correspondent for Inter Press Service (IPS) so iam travelling a bit n the sub-region reporting on various matters and i find the Digitla workkshopi attended in Graamstown a bit helpful. As i am writing i am feeling tired not from what many of us in Zimbabwe now as stress relief,s..... but working, iam at a three week Human Rights conference in Tswane and what an insight iam getting out of it. Remember that Zvenyu zviya zvekuti hee maZimbabwean takadzidza zvakapera, lets get out of our comfort zons and get as much knowledge as we can to help rebuild our country. Mugabe will not leave forever, one day we willneed to harness all these skills we are learning for the effective governing of the country. Sorry have to get out of hear, gunshots are blazing nearby, i will catch you tomorrow.

Ko my hero

Haa, by now you have a pictorial idea of how it is in the small South African town, where the is a university as big as Kadoma town. Today i am going to Olde 65 and i mean Olde 65, a famous bar in central Grahamstown-just 10 minutes walk from Rhodes university. I am going to drink my heart out and make sure that i will be drunk for the next week, never mind the long flight back home. It's however sad that i am leaving this beautiful town with very fond memories but surelly it will go down in my history for giving me a chance to reflect on my personal life with regards to my relationships with other people. I reflected and i discovered a friend, Ko, i am sorry my friend about what happened in the past and lets make it up for each other. I promise i will visit you soon.

Wer the hell is the drive, Port Elizabeth is freezing

What a night

It will go down in history as the mother of all nights, there we were myself, Cris, Subu, Ko, Ben na Vale drinking at this other night club in Grahamstown. For a moment i thought i was in Harare, what with the many Zimbos in the club, we were probably three quarters of us in there and i can tell you the old madhala as they call him here should just have mercy step down and let the people of Zimbabwe enjoy the good times. At Rhodes, where i am attending a digital workshop at the Journalism School, about 80 percent of the students there are Zimbabweans. The other day i was leading the group into Hobson Dining Hall and a lovely young student from Zimbabwe just said mhoro and hey around the other tables others were like, urikuda kukonzeresa iwe, shasha usa tambe. Cool fine, a small Zimbabwe in a small Grahamstown.
But today i am going to drink ten beers to nurse my babalazi, and obvious Heineken beer rinondiwona.

Sawubona.
